Shipping policy

***For packages weighing up to 13ounces,  standard shipping will be provided via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. First Class Mail DOES NOT provide any tracking information.  If tracking is needed,  please upgrade your shipping to USPS FIRST CLASS PACKAGING instead. 

Once your oder has shipped it typically takes 3-5 business days for it to arrive at it's destination. TNS Designz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. TNS Designz is not responsible for misplaced packages due to incorrect shipping information entered by the customer. Once we send your package off, we are no longer responsible for your order. Please contact the shipping provider for all questions or whereabouts of your package.
